Another stroll to nowhere Thursday was the only chance I got this week to go walk the track. I walked for 45 minutes again, and counted 33 laps, give or take. I'm not going to be really anal about exactly how much walking I do: I know how long I spent at it, and if I make the effort to go in the first place, I might as well walk at speed and make it worth while. With any luck Bob will be able to get a replacement USB cable for our RipFlash. in which case I'll be able to walk with tunes. Using headphones while walking outside isn't ideal, since on busy streets it's hard to hear the music without turning it up all the way and on less-than-busy streets or trails I'd prefer to be more aware of my surroundings. Indoors, however, it's a welcome diversion.
